- Information overload: You are taught a dozen approaches, but you are unaware which of them is suitable for you.
- Absence of Implementation: Where there is no accountability, implementation is most likely to be half-baked or only dreamed of.
- Wasted Investment: Money, time, and energy on the unfinished courses could have been directed to personal support.
Indeed, without direction, a catalogue of syllabus usually becomes a cemetery of missed opportunities.

Each business career is individual. A cookie-cutter course can provide you with the basics of what to do, but it will seldom ever tell you how to do it in your unique situation. Assuming that each of them is a new VA who is willing to concentrate on the specialization required, there are very different needs of a VA who would like to specialize in Pinterest management, and a VA who is eager to specialize in podcast production. Similarly, a coach expanding practice using Instagram content will require a different strategy than one establishing an evergreen funnel.
